Full Description:
A special election is scheduled for May 15, with five questions on the ballot that will ask voters to decide whether to authorize up to $70 million in improvement projects.
Voters will be asked to consider five different questions that would each authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds to fund capital improvements.
The Special Election is scheduled for May 15, 2007. To be eligible to vote in this election, a person must be registered to vote by Apr. 16, 2007. Early ballots may be requested between Feb. 12 and May 4, 2007. To request an early ballot, please visit the Maricopa County’s website at www.recorder.maricopa.gov or call the City Clerk’s office at (623) 333-1200.
